Easy mashed potato, ready in minutes, super versatile and sulphite free. Perfect for kids and toddlers. Ideas galore!! Can be used to make gnocchi, savoury pancakes, croquettes, shepherds pie, fritters, crumb coating, pies and pastries.

DIRECTIONS – Makes 300g mash (3 serves) – Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl. Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot milk of choice. Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth. Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.

(For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash.)
